Question about showing settlement funds

Hi guys,
I am having some confusions regarding showing settlement funds for FSW program. Should I send the evidence of settlement funds with initial application package or should I wait until my FSW application gets approved and then CIC asks for it?

you must send with initial application package,if not you application will be rejected...
