Question about Renewing PR!!! !!! urgent!!!!!!

Hi, guys, I'm confused about how CIC calculates a minimum of 730 days within the past five (5) years.
For example, I landed Aug 19th 2009, and my PR is expired on Oct 10 2014, if I applied the renewal on Aug 15th 2014, does CIC start counting from Aug 15th 2009 or Aug 19th 2009?

19th. This is because this is your very first renewal after landing. If it had been another renewal, it would have been the 15th instead.
