I HAVE A CANADIAN GIRLFRIEND ( OBVIOUSLY SHE'S NOT LIVING WITH ME ) AND I'M FROM OVERSEAS AND
WANT TO KNOW IS IT ENOUGH TO GET PERMANENT RESIDENCE ? WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF AFTER I GET THE
PERMANENT RESIDENCE WE BREAK UP- WILL I STILL BE ENTITLED TO GET HEALTH CARE/SOCIAL RIGHTS ? HOW LONG
DOES IT TAKE TO BE CONSIDERED TIME FOR GETTING SPONSORSHIP ?

You either need to be married, common-law (living together for at least 12 months) or be eligible to apply as conjugal (where you have to show why you cannot live together to get to common-law or be able to married, but that is only possible in specific cases)

you'd still be a permanent resident if you would get it before break up.

But if your purpose of being with the Canadian is to get PR, they will find out. If you are found to misrepresent or you gave false information, they can revoke your PR and even citizenship.

Also you could get social assistnce but the sponsor will be reponsible to pay the government all the money back if you start taking social assistance within 3 years of becoming a PR.

btw do not type in all captital letters... It's yelling and impolite.

Get a local girlfriend.

No - it's not enough to get PR.

You need to either be married or have lived together for at least one year continuously to become a PR.

Based on your questions, it sounds like you are looking to engage in a relationship / marrriage of convenince in order to get PR. You should be aware that your PR status can be revoked for this reason.

I was gonna say, the fact you’re asking these questions right from the start is already a red flag...
