Question about Quebec Areas of training

hi all I have two questions:

1. In Section A it says "foreign degree: Computer Science (Bach.) ". I have both computer science bach and master, do i qualify for 16 points as principal applicant? or they only allow bachelors?

2. Also my spouse has a computer science bach degree, but her master is not in the area of training list. She's doing computer programming related job in last 5 years though. Does she qualify for 4 points as spouse?

1) You will get 16 points for your Master Degree. just select Computer science as AOT.

2)You can choose your wife education as Bachelor degree in computer science, don't show her master degree and then I think you are eligible for 4 point.
