Hello everyone ! 
I won't be able to get my test results (ielts and test de francais) before the opening (fixed at january 18th) can i apply without them in the first place and send them later on ? How late ?
The QSW is on a "first in first out" basis so i was wondering if giving the tests later would'nt put me in a bad situation (delays or even refusal due to lack of places)
