Question about proof of funds

I have maintained 20000 funds in my account for 6 months. Recently a friend returned some money which they owed. This took the amount in bank to 22000. The minimum proof of funds required for the pr application is 13310CAD. Is it going to be a problem if I do not provide an explanation about the money my friend deposited?
