Hello folks. I have a question regarding the proof of funds. You see, at the moment I don't have a bank account opened, as I am receiving the salary directly. I have an apartment that I am going to rent for the next 3 months ( almost whole summer is already booked), so if I open a bank account now and make the deposit of the rental income, month by month, will visa officer consider this as the "last minute" deposit? There is a certain event I want to attend in octomber,so pressumably, I will fill the application in the early September, so if I show the bank statement from the last 3-4 month, will this be enough? Obviously I will attach invoices and bills, so explain where this money came from. thanks in advance.

It depends on your plans. If you are requesting 1-2 weeks, then that is enough and good. If you request 1 month or more then yes, it is last minute and you will need to show more funds.
