Can National Bonds in United Arab Emirates be considered as proof of funds in UAE's Application for TRV application for my wife as she doesn't have a bank account , but sufficient amount of money as bonds?Would the embassy consider it as an alternative option for her?

Are these bonds locked-in? Or are these available as liquid funds for her visit?

It is advisable to have a bank account with adequate liquid funds to pay for the visit. Also, UAE applicants must submit 3 months' bank statements

Bonds/ bank term deposits/ cash/ foreign currency will then be additional proof of funds apart from the bank statement
