Question about previous education

I have a graduate certificate from Ontario it’s a post graduate program. When I fill my pr application it’s asking about my previous education history but the only options I’m getting is post secondary or masters and entry to practice. My degree is not masters nor post secondary and I’m not sure if it qualifies under entry to practice? What do I do?

Do you have an ECA for your undergrad? If so include it. If not, your certificate is a one or two year diploma. You don’t get points for one or more degrees/diplomas. Is this for CEC or FSW. If FSW you may not be eligible with only a one year diploma without ECA.
