The CBSA officer takes care of this during landing procedures

2) If I am staying at a hotel and give hotel address for PR card, can I change the address later?
Yes, or you can wait and provide a more permanent address later. The CBSA officer at landing can/will advise you. Personally I wouldn't give a hotel address.

3) How long does it take to receive PR card?
Updated weekly: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-card.asp

4) What is SIN card?
5) How/When we have to apply for SIN Card? And how long it takes to receive SIN Card?
Social insurance number. You need this to work/get paid.
You apply at a Service Canada office. Some airports have Service Canada offices and you can apply at landing, otherwise, just search for the nearest Office to where you are staying.
The number is issued to you on the spot.
Note that SIN cards are no longer issued: it's just a piece of paper

Thanks a lot Lammawitch. I truly appreciate. I have to ask a few more silly questions if you don't mind.

1) So I guess the CBSA officer is the immigration officer. So we just have to stand in regular immigration line like all other passengers and wait? or is there a different line/office for someone arriving for the first time?

2) I've heard the officer asks for proof of funds. So I can show travelers cheques and some cash etc.

3) Is there anything else they ask for after landing or some kind of interview? Meaning do I have to have all the application documents with me or just passport, visa and COPR will be enough?

CBSA = Canadian Border Services Agency. When you get off the plane, you will join the regular immigration line, then once you declare you are landing as a PR, you will be directed to the appropriate counter. Sometimes, at some airports, there will be a separate line, or agents who will check and send you straight to that counter

POF on landing is a requirement, yes. Sometimes the officers forget to ask. Travellers' cheques and/or cash are fine. Don't forget to declare it if you have >10k CDN in cash.

passport with visa, COPR, POF. Goods accompanying & goods to follow forms.
This thread here is really really useful for all landing & afterwards questions & info:

Good luck :)
