I've got a question about the post-grad visa for international students. Specifically, on this webpage (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad-who.asp) where it says:

You must apply for a work permit within 90 days of receiving written confirmation (for example, a transcript or an official letter) from your institution indicating that you have met the requirements for completing your academic program.

i have received an acceptance letter from the college i signed at, and have to start my course yet. Are they refering to such letter or is that refered to another document i will receive during the time i will be a student there?

Hi,

It is not related to that it is for those who have already completed there postsecondry studies in Canada and looking for open work permit after there studies.
