Question about Police Certificates

I was completing my application and saw that they said on the Police Certificate section:

If you visited, worked or lived in a country for two months, left for a few years, then returned for four months, that counts as spending six months there. In this case, you would need a certificate.
Does this mean that if over the course of my life so far I've taken a number of 2-3 week vacations to the US and those vacations add up to 6 months or more total, I would need a police certificate from the US?

yes. The PCC requirement kicks in if the aggregate time adds up to 6 months since you turned 18. I think in the past it was only if you lived 6 months consecutively.
