Question about PGWP

I am interested in studying the Master degree in Tourism Management in Canada. The program that I found lasts 17 months (12 months courses followed by 5 month internship). I was wondering after the graduation, if I apply for PGWP, how long the permit will be valid? 12 months 17 months, or possible 3 years.

"Officers may issue 3-year work permits to individuals who complete a master’s degree in Canada when the DLI has confirmed in the written confirmation of program completion (e.g., an official letter or transcript) that the degree is 16 to 23 months in duration and does not include regularly scheduled breaks."

The program length is 17 months with a non regularly break, so it is highly possible I can get a 3 year work permits after the graduation.
