Question about Personal History in PR Application (Urgent)

Hello,

I've been filling out my Travel History and Personal History, but am a bit confused about the "leave no gaps in time" and overlapping dates for Personal History in particular.
For example if I studied in UBC from September 2017 - May 2021 (graduation) do I put it like that,
Or should it be broken apart into like 20 different duplicate entires, to make it a seamless linear time with all my other entries like jobs?

So this:
May 2021 - Present: Working
September 2017 - May 2021: Studying (Bachelor's Degree CPSC)
September 2019 - December 2019: Working Part-time
May 2019 - July 2019: Working Part-time

VS this:
May 2021 - Present: Working
December 2019 - May 2021: Studying
September 2019 - December 2019: Working Part-time
July 2019 - September 2019: Studying
May 2019 - July 2019: Working Part-time
September 2017 - May 2019: Studying
(Even though it's all the same Studying, in UBC for my CPSC degree.)

This was just an example, I'm just wondering about this particular thing
