Question about overtime

Hi everyone,

I live in Victoria, and the officers will come here from Vancouver every couple months.

My file will be over 24 months by this following May. Unluckily, the officers are coming for oath but not test for this May.

This means my file process time much over 24 months.

I have received nothing but booklets for now.

What should I do?

I suggest you call CIC call centre, if your file is over 24 months you are in your right to do so.

I called them, but the reply is like really official.

"We will massage the Vancouver officer that them know your problem"

I don't know that should I do now.

Is there any effective way to help me out from this situation?
