Question about online TRV application

Hello
I am applying online for visitors TRV for 3 people in all (principal applicant+spouse+dependent). Do I need to take a print of the "Use of Representative for online application" and actually get it signed by other applicants and then upload the scanned form?
Also, do I need to do the same in case of the family information form as well?

I know that the main TRV application form doesn't require physical signature, I am not sure about these other forms, especially the representative form I mentioned.

Another thing...I need to upload several different property documents, how should I upload all of them in such a way that the pdf file size isn't too big to be uploaded? Need urgent advice, people..thanks in advance!

I did print ONLY that 5713 form and have signed by applicant and uploaded.

For property doc you need to merge to single file make sure its < 4 MB. If you know Acrobat Adobe has paid version that offers to reduce size. Google "how to reduce pdf file acrobat adobe" you will get something..

Thanks for responding! How did you manage to sign the family information form? Because that's also like the IMM5713 form and requires physical signature. Was your visa approved by the way, if you don't mind me asking?
I have to scan the docs for about 4-5 different properties...each of them would be about 10-12 pages I reckon. Do you think I could compress it to less than 4mb in pdf format?
Also, I want to include a covering letter to explain and overcome the factors for which they denied the visa last time (previously, I submitted a paper application for my parents and sister), so where will the covering letter be attached? In 'purpose of travel' file or something else?

Another question....the online system asks for the copy of marriage certificate. My mother & father got married more than 40 years ago, through a religious ceremony, just like majority of Indians. They don't have any documentary evidence of their wedding from 40 years ago. So, what should I do? It says that marriage certificate is a 'required' document :-/

I didn't sign that 5645 form.
I don't think thats going to fit in 4MB, I have applied from US so I didn't have that much documents. I guess there is a section at bottom where you can upload additional docs.

Well I don't know if they consider affidavit instead but you can research if they would accept. On side note if your parents are in India they still can produce the marriage certificate thru court. I have done that after 45 yrs of my parents wedding. Its easy but you need to talk to local lawyer.
