Question about online application of TRV

Hello
I am applying for a TRV to match an open work permit. I am doing this online
Where I am confused is that i only have a place to upload

Form IM5257
Work permit
Passport
Photo

Optional
Schedule 1 and letter of explanation.

Are these the only documents required???....what about the other forms
IM5645 - there is no place to upload this form. Should i just upload the ones required above and leave it as is.


Also about the optional documents- do we have to submit these...or are these for sure optional?

As the name suggests, you do not have to upload "optional" documents. Also, you can upload a "Letter of Explanation" to tell CIC about the open work visa and any other documents that you can't upload. If they want to see those documents, they will send you an emil to request them.
