I have a question about the new checklist IMM 5533 for spouse sponsorship. It says on the top:
"As you work through the steps, check <SYMBOL> for each applicable item."
Now, when I get to the "MEDICAL EXAMINATION" part, section 6 on page 5 under supporting document for sponsored person ... its says not to complete a medical examination at this time and if it is already done then it can be attached.
My question is that my wife and daughter have not done the medical test yet and will not be attaching anything ... do we checkmark it or not ? I feel like marking the box as we have "reviewed" the section and not attaching anything similar to the Police Clearance section. But at the same time, we are not going to attach anything so it doesn't have to be marked. :-\
Can somebody chime in ?
