Question About Medical exam Request (MR) (IMM1017)

Hello everyone!

I just have a small question about the medical exams (IMM1017):

1) The email address on the Automatic-form that the VO game me is INCORRECT, however I cannot change it at all. What can I do? (they wrote @Gmailc.om)

2) whats are the standards for the Photograph that I should take for the MR Form? (Measures?)

Normal passport pictures for medical forms are accepted.

I would like your advise please, I am kind of lost, I Have a canadian PR, I got married last month and now I am trying to ask what my wife need to prepare ( she is in Iraq ) so about((( IMM1344 Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking))) how to do this where she should go to do this medical check up and how to get this form
