Hi there,
I've been going through the CRS Scoring, and have a question. Under Section C (Skill Transferability), do I max out the 50 points if :
1. I have a CLB 9 on all four first language abilities (IELTS scores of 9,9,9,8.5)
2. I have a B.A, an LL.B and an MBA. The B.A, LL.B was a combined five year program from a good law school (India, top 5 law school), and the MBA is from the US.
I have an ECA for my MBA, but I didn't get it done for my undergrad degrees (B.A, LL.B), cause I assumed that only my highest degree counted.
So - should I get an ECA for all my degrees? Will that help me max out the 50 points?
Here's my total points breakdown in case that helps.
CRS
A.
Age: 80
Education: 126
Language: 128
B.
Spouse Education: 10
Language: 20
C.
Education - Either 25 or 50, depending on how my question gets answered
Foreign Work Ex: 50
---
So I'm adding up to either 464 or 439, which is a significant difference.
My wife has it even better - she adds up to 459/484 depending on whether she gets the 25 points (she has the exact same qualifications and scores as I do, but she's 5 years younger so gets 20 points more for age)
Thanks for any help.
