A friend of my mom and his husband agreed to sign my MAS for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, would that qualify as two signatories already? Also, they are asking if it is possible for them to sign 2 MAS since one of their niece would also like to apply for MPNP... would that be alright or would it affect my application? :-[ Thanks.

your mom is your first signatory so you find another one to complete the 2 mas. your mom's friend is ok, to complete the 2.
