My 3-yr post graduate work permit will be expired in June, 2013. Currently I have a permanent job but could not provide LMO. I will apply permanent residence by the end of October 2012. Can I extend my work permit and stay in Canada during the process? How?

No, not without a LMO.

Have Work Permit, How to Apply Study Permit

Dear Sir, Madam,

I am Indonesian who got Canada work permit since May2012 until April 2015.

I have been in Vancouver since May 2012 and from that time I am working as a Lead Pastor of an Indonesian Church in BC.

After staying in Vancouver and working at that Church for several months, I realize that I had to improve my English skill in order to communicate better with people and my church members who just can speak English and can’t speak Indonesian anymore. So, I am thinking to join program “Free English for Adult” a Secondary School, BC. But in my working permit paper written “Unless authorized, prohibited from attending any educational institution and taking any academic, professional or vocational training course.” The school asked me to get the permit from Canada Immigration. Could you help me find out how can I get the permit? Thank you so much.

Hi buddy Lmo means labour market opinion tht shows the employers can hire foreign nationals , so u need to find job in Canada , if u find job the employer will send LMO by consulting local hrcda thy will send u with confirmation of ur job offer and wages etc..

Best of luck buddy u will find employer :)))
