I came to know there are 2 types of affidavits. (I don't know but maybe i am confused)
1. First the one that can be done by a gazetted officer on a 100Rs stamp paper.
2. Second type is a registered notary where the person declaring needs to be present at the time of notary. His computerized photograph is taken. And the notary is done.
What type of notary needs to be done for Letter of Experience.
Do you need the photograph of the declarer (colleague) on the Affidavit?
It is i guess simple, but i am confused :-X
Thanks
