Hi there,
so when you apply with an inland application there comes a point of time when you get approved "In-principle" for permanent resident status.
I searched around but i wasnt able to find anything on when in the whole application process this happens.
Is it relatively early or close to the end?
Asking since i've read that this usually allows you to apply for an open work permit as well as study without International Student fees.
