I wonder if a person is caught illegally living here in canada and if it first sent to prison or deported automatically already and I am living here in canada for almost two years illegally with my family, wife and two children, lost my job and I'm not able to find another one, I wonder if I denounce myself to immigration, I go to jail or will be automatically deported?

If you report yourself to a CBSA enforcement office, you will not be jailed. The only reason used for detention are unlikely to appear (you have appeared on your own) danger to the public, danger to one's sell. You and your family will be reported, and an order will be issued. If you don't have funds for airline tickets, then the order will be a deportation order, and CBSA will buy your tickets. If you have the funds to leave Canada, just leave rather than getting a deportation order, which bars you and your family from Canada for life.

I may not be an expert on this but for your own good, I would suggest to find a way to make your status legal, if not, I think its better to leave the country gracefully otherwise, it would be difficult for you and your family if you will be caught. One cannot hide the law forever.

PMM's suggestion of leaving the country without letting CBSA know is your best recourse now unless you don't have the funds for your airfare.
