Question about how many documents to include for proof of current cohabitation

I'm applying under the Common-law partner in Canada class.

The question #7 on the page 8 of the checklist form IMM5589e asks for the following:

"Other documents issued to you or your sponsor showing the same address, whether the accounts are held jointly or not (e. cell phone bills, pay stubs, tax forms, bank or credit card statements, insurance policies). (Submit a minimum of 1 document for each person.)"

I was wondering how many statements should I include? Do I have to include for all the 12 months (or more) we've been living together or just the most recent?

I was thinking of including the oldest 3, and the last 3, for me, and my common-law (6 files in total) would that work? Or perhaps, would it be better to include 3 or 4 statements spaced between the time we've been living together? e.g.: May 2023, November 2023, April 2024, and September 2024.

And also, how should I name the files? Below is an example screenshot of what I currently have.

Thanks in advance.
