I'm applying to sponsor my husband and am not sure where to find the answers to question 7 on form 1344e. I'm a naturalized Canadian citizen, but the date that I have on my citizenship card shows month and year only, while the form asks for the day as well. My parents don't know the exact date, nor do they seem to have any record of it (this was in 2001 and I was a child). I also don't think I have a UCI or a Client ID, or if I do, I don't know how to go about finding it out.
