Question about filing for LIC program

1.) do you have to pass proof of funds? or should you pass a document showing that your employers' financial capacity?

2.) should your board certificate and board rating be red ribboned? I know TOR and other school docs should be red ribbon? but how about th eboard cert and board rating? can we just pass the original?
