Question about FBI Clearance

Hello guys.

I am putting together my fbi clearance documents and in one of the form they ask for the last 4 digit of the SSN, but i dont have one and never had one cause i never wokred in the US. Now in my country we have something kind of similar but i highly doubt they care about it...and its not a SSN.

Can i leave it blank? Even though its mandatory. Is it just for Us citizen? (which im not).

Really need help as i want to send this ASAP cause it takes a few months.

normally u should have ITIN if not SSN. but I believe even if u leave it blank it should be ok .

What is an ITIN? As i said, i never was a permanent US resident nor US citizen

Also, do i need to leave the "Mail Results to Adress" part blank? Like the C/O and ATTN ?

I am very confused and i want to send this ASAP could someone help me with filling this?

yes leave C/O and attn blank if there is no information to be filled als just to make it simple I thought u would get it from my comments. Leave ur SSN field blank u do not need SSN
