Question about Exit dates

Hi,

A question came to my mind while looking at my record of travel that I maintain. If I Know I traveled out of Canada on a specific date, such as Oct 8 (which has no exit stamp off course) and I traveled towards Europe and had an entry stamp of Oct 9th because of the timing difference and flight time, what am I supposed to report my exit date as ?

Of course October 8 . CIC definitely understand the time difference .
