Question about eligibility for Open Work Permit under the Quebec Investor Program

Hi, there have been several clients approached us asking whether or not they are eligible to apply for an Open Work Permit after they have received both CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate) and the Permanent Resident Application Number from IRCC.

If anyone knows about the eligibility for Open Work Permit under the Quebec Investor Program, please give us a feedback. All replies appreciated.
