Question about Eligibility for Canadian Citizenship:

My mother was born in Canada in the late 1930's then emigrated to the US in the late 1950's. I was born in the early 1960's in the US (my father was born in the US). At that time my mother had become a naturalized US citizen. Would I be eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship?
