Question about ECE Assistant Eligibility for BC PNP

Hi,

I have few questions about ECE (Early Childhood Education) Assistant's Eligibility for BC PNP. Please help -

1. Someone on Spousal Open Work Permit can do a 3 credit online course and may apply for the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Assistant Certificate with the BC ECE Registry?
2. ECE Assistant jobs are under NOC 42202, which falls under TEER 2?
3. ECE Assistant is a skilled job?
