Question about documents requirements????

Hi, everyone

I'm applying for tourist visa for myself and my sister. My parent support the financial stuff for our trip.

There are some requirements that i don't understand. What documents, exactly that i have to upload ?

1. Proof of Financial Resource of Supporter

2. Proof of Means of Financial Support

3. Letter of Explanation

4. Purpose of Travel - Other
