Question about document validity and checklist

Hello all,

I have waited about 20 days after receiving an ITA on the most recent draw.
My CELPIP exam date was Aug 30 2013, and I know it is valid for 2 years from the date of exam.

I'll complete gathering all the requisite documents in the next couple of days and upload them on the MyCIC account.

Q1. The checklist provided after receiving ITA doesn't seem to have an option to upload my CELPIP results and ECA. Does this make sense?
I tried posting an image here but the forum doesn't let me post a link, even though the toolbar has an Insert Hyperlink and Image option
If you want you could type this without spaces in the address bar of a new tab of your browser: i dot imgur dot com/3stQN4p.jpg

Q2. Can someone confirm that the documents such as CELPIP result, ECA and LMIA need to be valid when the application is submitted to CIC and not when they start processing the application?

Appreciate any help I can receive.
Thank you.

Q1. This is normal. When you filled out the forms (online questionnaire) you input your CELPIP registration number and PIN (or at least you should have). This allows CIC to check your results themselves. HOWEVER; many of us that have taken the CELPIP have received a request after AOR to upload our CELPIP results document. To save time you may want to include it in your original submission under additional documents, or alternateively you could include it with your diploma/degree under the education heading. Apparently those that take IELTS do not often get a request to upload anything.

Q.2 Here's is the official language from CIC on Language Results

"Note: Your test results must be valid when you complete your Express Entry profile, and when you apply for permanent residence.
The profile is valid for 12 months. You should make sure that your language test results are valid for at least the same number of days.
If your test results expire soon, you should re-take the test and update your Express Entry profile with your new test results."

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp

It really isn't 100% clear, but it does sound like as long as it is valid when you submit your PR application then it should be ok. That being said, CIC usually reserves the right to arbitrarily change their minds. Your results aren't technically valid for "the same number of days" as 12 months, but...well who knows.

My understanding is that ECA and LMIA follow the same rules, but I can't confirm that.

Once you submit the form which you filled after you received your ITA and the Document Checklist provided to you, is it possible to change the details in the form?
