Question about document request/GCKey account

I recently received AOR1 and was finally able to get my account linked today. Earlier this morning I received an email from CIC requesting me to upload a document. However, the document they are requesting is not listed as requested in my GCKey account. Does it usually take 24 hours (ish) to roll over into the linked account, or is it unlikely to show up there now? I only ask because without the doc request there I can't upload it into my account and am going to have to use a webform.

Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

don't use webform yet....give it a few days.......if the option to upload documents in your account doesn't show....call IRCC
