Sorry if it is a stupid question. I'm just making sure we won't have any problem with our application. I have questions about our children for our PR application.
We recently received ITA and we are in the processing of completing the requirements. We have 2 children with the following details:
a. 1st Son
- 8 years old. Still outside Canada.
-With in-progress visit visa application for the purpose of family reunification during covid. I do not have anyone to accompany him for the medical exam as my parents are both high risk for contracting covid and I don't want to hassle them for his medical exam so I applied visit visa for him instead of Study permit.
b. 2nd son
- 6 months old
-Canadian Citizen (born in Canada)
-No passport yet
My questions are:
1. Should I cancel my 1st son's application for the visit visa or wait until we lodge our PR application?
2. Should I include my 2nd son in our PR application? I am thinking we will just need to declare him on the family form but there will be no sense to include him in the application.
