question about dependant child

Hello to everybody,
I find this forum very helpful,friendly and informative and want to ask my question here, may be will find competent answer.
We applied outland sponsorship in April and in our application was mentioned that one my child go with me for PR and other staying in country for one more year without visa 9want to finish grade of school here). But for last time she decided to go with us ( girl 14 yo) and my question is : how will be better - to start for my daughter new application for sponsorship or add her to our already in process application?
Does changes in our processing applications may cause delay in timing?

Adding her to the existing application will very likely cause a delay in timing. You can either do that and delay you all or you get your PR, go to Canada and sponsor her then.

Thank you for the answer, so looks like better to wait untill we get visa and after apply for her. Or possible to start new application on her only while our in process?

It may be confusing to start a new application right now only for her, probably better to add her to the one you have.

Hi again,
My story got continuation. Yesterday officer from embassy called me and asked if i want to add my daughter to processing application because it will be easier and faster than apply after our landing.
She said my husband have to call to Missisauga and ask to exchange her status from not accompanying to accompanying. Also need add to case permission from her father ( ex husband ) about moving abroad.
My husband now in business trip , I would like not to waste time and while he return back prepare and send documents what need for this case for a while.
My question is - may be somebody was in same situation? Should i send permission from daugher's father and immigration form to Canada or to immigration office in my country? (russia) What's the order of our actions in our case?

Is the case right now with the visa office in your country? If yes, then that is where you would send it and make sure you include your file number. The other place the case might be is Mississauga approving sponsor but if you sent it in April, I am sure it has already passed that stage by now. Did you get any letters regarding that?

Oh, thank you Leon with good information. Yes, our file was open in Moscow on 5-of of May. So than I will do how you advice.
