Question about dental records

Just want to ask if they are strict with dental records? I have tooth extracted and I wonder if they'd require me to get dentures or tooth implant? :-[

Canadian healthcare will not pay for your dentist anyway so they do not care if you have a tooth missing or no teeth at all. Once you get to Canada, it will still be your problem to leave it or get it fixed as you wish.

The only way you can get any dental covered is if you take out a supplemental insurance covering dental or you get a job including such insurance. In that case, you may get some of your costs covered for different procedures.

Thank you.. i appreciate the reply i just want to make sure because my dad was asked to fix his dentures before he was allowed to travel to the US. And i don't plan on putting some fake tooth because the tooth extracted was small.. i dont know how to say it but without it, it looked like i only have a wide gap between my teeth (back of my canine teeth) i know i dont have to explain.. just wnat to say that. hehe.

LoL, you can, I have three tooths missing and I cleared the medical easily. But as dental treatment is quite costly in Canada, I will have them done before leaving.

Although it is an old thread but is relevant to my query today: Is there any format of the Dental Records or a handwritten prescription mentioning the current state of teeth with their history sufficient?
