Question about dates

Hi all just have a question we submitted our application last year n we have interview soon, we r preparing for interview , just noticed Tht I have written all dates wrong , about when proposal took place , n whn I met his family n the engagement date , I realised IT whn I look at my passport n dates I went to india n I'm so stressed n confused now , what should I do??
