Question about common in law application

Hi guys

my partner and I , living together since July 19 we have plan to submit our application next july , However. my girlfriend the sponsor was outside of Canada a few months for health treatment. Is gonna be issue for time gap?

Few months is a big gap so you have to restart the clock whenever she came back

If you were apart for a few months, then you aren't common law. Common law requires continuous cohabitation for 12 months. As said above, you will need to start the 12 month count from the time she returned to Canada and hold off applying until you really meet the common law requirements.
