Question about claiming remote foreign work experience

Hello. I am in a confusing situation and would greatly appreciate any advice. The following question is for CEC stream.

I finished my Masters degree in May 2023, and got a job as a contractor for a US based company while living in Canada on my PGWP. I calculated and paid full canadian taxes, and I have all my pay stubs. I was being paid through an online platform called Deel. I worked at this company for exactly 9 months, then got a local canadian job with a canadian employer. These jobs are both software developer jobs. Now, once I began working for my Canadian employer, I took 2 short trips to the US for a total duration of 3 months. In these 3 months, I was working remotely for my canadian employer. My question is, can I count those 3 months along with my 9 months to make 1 total year of foreign experience, then also claim 12 full months of canadian experience (EXCLUDING the 3 months I spend outside canada, i.e., after I finish 15 months with new employer)? This will obviously give a big boost to my score (1 yr foreign + 1 yr canadian) instead of just 1 yr canadian.

Is this possible? Do I need any special documentation for it, or just the usual reference letters from the two employers describing my duration of work is ok? Will my canadian employer need to provide any special documentation, clarification, or proof for the duration I worked remotely?

Thank you in advance for the help

If you worked remotely from the US that would not be considered Canadian experience
