Hello everyone,
Long story short.
I came here for high school in 2016.
Then I went to York University.
I graduated from York University in December 2023. I was not able to apply for PGWP since part time student issues.
Then I applied for Centennial College in May 2024 and got my LOA.
Since my study permit is still valid until September 2025 so I didn’t apply for a new study permit after I have my Centennial LOA.
I did transfer my DLI via IRCC system from York Univeristy to Centennial College and started studying my 2 year diploma Automotive Techanican program in September 2024.
Now I’m going to extend my study permit, but I don’t know if it will affect my career and PGWP after my program.
There is no school limited on my study permit, but the field is COMPUTING or IT.
I’m pretty sure Automotive Technician is no longer available for PGWP.
Can anyone tells me what to do next?
Since Canadian government are not allowed students to change their school after November.
I don’t know if it will affect my plans (seems like it will).
Thanks for your time to help.
Appreciate it
