I have decided to apply for Quebec under skilled worker program.
I am in process to prepare all documents.
I want to know do i need to get my certificates and mark sheets for all semester, certified by the university or by the college.
My college name is mentioned on all my marksheets. But on the degree certificate only the univerity name is mentioned.
In case, my college has told be they can also certify and put a stamp of college. Now I am bit confused, where should I go college or university.
Kindly advise which will be acceptable for quebec immigration.
