So for EE do we need to qualify for one of them ( FSW or CEC) to be eligible to apply if you are already in Canada and have a job.

I will complete 12 months of work only in March, so do i need to wait till then or can i apply right away?

Hi there,

I think you have to wait till March 2015. I am in the same situation with you and have to wait till May 2015. One thing you can go and do ahead is getting your English test done

Yes, if you receive an invitation to apply under the EE system, you still need to apply through one of the programs (and meet that program's requirements).

It is not yet clear whether you can submit your EE application prior to meeting the 1 year qualification for the CEC program. But you have some time to wait anyway, until the new rules are released in January.

I suppose you will have to have 1 yr. Because you will have to get a proper amount of points to compete with other applicants. The higher are your points the higher are your chances to get ITA.

Oh yes that is the plan. Scheduled by IELTS for December, Will get through that first. Let me know your update. Thanks
