I am now back in Canada and she is in Australia still.
She is going to come to live in Canada with me, but I want to know the best way to do this. We want to be together while the application for her residency processes.
Can she come to Canada and stay with me and apply from inside Canada and stay here during the entire time her application processes? Or does she have to return to Australia? Or do we apply while shes in Australia?
