I'm preparing documents to apply and has found out a problem in my documents.
In my birth certificate my mother's family name is written the same as my father's family name. In parent's marriage certificate she had written that she wants to change her family name, but afterwards she decided not to change family name. Birth certificates are being given based on marriage certificate. That's why in my birth certificate my mother's family name is wrong.
So now in Additional Family Information, Background/declaration forms (here I should write as in passport) and in my birth certificate my mother's family name differs.
Will it be a problem?
I can't change birth certificate as the process will last for about 2.5 months (firstly marriage certificate must be changed and only after that my birth certificate) and I want to apply with NOC 2147, so I don't have that time.
