Dear forum members

I have temporary work visa and will come to Canada soon.
I am interested in applying for FSW once inside Canada.
While I was checking the eligibility criteria I found out this:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp?expand=phd#phd
Arranged employment

A valid job offer has to be for permanent, full-time and not seasonal work in a NOC 0, A or B occupation.

Depending on your case, there are different factors that make a job offer valid.

1. You currently work in Canada on a temporary work permit, and:

your work permit is valid both when you apply and when the visa is issued (or you are authorized to work in Canada when your visa is issued), and
CIC issued your work permit based on a positive labour market opinion (LMO) from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC), and
you are working for an employer named on your work permit who has made a permanent job offer based on you being accepted as a federal skilled worker.

Does this means that once I start working for my employer I can apply for FSW and for arranged employment I don't need a new request for LMO.
I already received one LMO that I used for the application for Temporary work Permit.
This LMO was not for permanent job and is not valid anymore.

If your LMO wasn't for a permanent job then it doesn't qualify as arranged employment for FSW.

If you review the eligibility criteria you quoted in your post, you'll see that the job offer has to be permanent.

If you are talking about "you are working for an employer named on your work permit who has made a permanent job offer based on you being accepted as a federal skilled worker."
As I read this part, permanent job offer is to employ you permanently. Not to be employed with a contract of 1 or 2 years.
We are talking now that you are inside canada and you work for your employer.
He cannot just give you job offer, he gave you one that u use to get TWP, now you have permanent contract with him.

Am I missing anything?

If same employer offer you permanent, full time and indeterminate job offer then you do not have to get another LMO .......keep in mind their are many other factor to reach 67 points you must keep those in mind .....

Yes I am talking about the same employer.

I have temp visa now and will work for the employer listed in the work permit.
I already have permanent job offer and had signed permanent contract.
Now when I land in Canada I will start working for him and will automatically have permanent employment.
I know that even if this is ok I will still need to reach 67 points.
M
My cap is reached and with this I will automatically get processed because of the arranged job offer?
My employer is in a process of requesting a new LMO for permanent job, is this necessary.
Should I ask him not to send the request?
Or it is even better if I receive new LMO for permanent job?

And there are no restrictions because I will apply from inside Canada for FSW?
