Question about AOR1

I e-mail cic about the status of my application and get following response.

All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

Does this mean, i am past AOR1 or not? Your answer will be greatly appreciated as I am confused as I have applied in sep and got e-mail from cic in oct to pay for my biometrics fees as it was missing on oct 02 with file number.

I understand that I will have to wait for CIC. I mean to ask if it is past Sponsorship eligibility and AOR1 or not, as I received Application number from then when they ask me to pay for biometrics on Oct 02. I understand that application processing has not started yet.

This is not AOR1. This email is just confirming that they have received the documents in the mail room and your application is in the queue for completeness review and AOR1.
