Dear friends,
As of proof of maintaining contact with my wife, I am attaching the call history from my calling card account, which shows all the calls I made to the number she is using from my phone number for the past few months.

The SIM for the phone number that my wife was using was actually gifted to her by one of her family members few years ago. Even though, the SIM number was not on her name, she had been using this SIM for a long long time. I found out that her Adhaar card shows this number as well. So, I am thinking of attaching a copy of her Adhaar card as a proof that she is the current owner of her number, which would be in consistent with my calling card history that shows her number.

My question is that her Adhaar card shows her name with her last initials first, and then followed by her first name.

Does this create any issues?

Please let me know what you think.

Thank you so much.

If you look at the checklist, depending on your wife's country, you will see clearly that it states calling cards are not accepted because it does not identify the caller. This may or may not be true, just check the wife's county's checklist to be sure.

I am not sending calling card, just the calling card statement from online. The calling card account I have online shows all the calls I made identifying the origin number and the destination number. That's not a problem.

My question is more about whether having last initials first on a Government issued document would be of any help or cause any issues? All her certificates (like birth, passport, marriage etc.) shows her full name in the order (First name followed by Last name), but her Adhaar card shows her Last initials first followed by her first name.

Thank you.

No worries. You can submit Aadhar card. It won't create problems.
